Science Experiments was organised in Bawchak, a village of Shekpura.

Mrutyunjaya, a member of the Scientists for Society, demonstrated science experiments against superstitions in Bhawchak village of Sheikhpura, Bihar, among children. Experiments like creating many colors from a natural indicator (China rose, ), surface tension, formation of cloud in bottle etc was demonstrated during this session. Along with this, it was also told how Tantrik or Baba shows the mark of hands on a yellow cloth exactly like red blood and turn turmeric in vermilion.In reality both these miracles are of the same kind. Chemical reaction is the science behind these miracles. All these explained to children through experimentation. Practices of religious rituals in villages and exorcism in the name of sickness still exist today. Even today, waste of resources on one hand, on the other hand, due to many practices, it cause many deaths. In such a situation, the Scientists for Society is constantly taking Scientific temper among the people.
